PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION ACT, 4 OF 2013 NOTICE
- By accepting this quotation, or contacting Rae-Elisabeth Design Studio, I consent to the processing of my personal information as contemplated under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013.
- I acknowledge that Rae-Elisabeth Design Studio will store my data in a centralised data storage system with the necessary security measures, which information they will use complete the graphic design work I instructed them to complete, and where I instruct them as such to share the said data with third parties for purposes of completing the mandate given to Rae-Elisabeth Design Studio.
- I also acknowledge that Rae-Elisabeth Design Studio will retain my personal information for the duration of the mandate.
- I confirm that I give my personal information to Rae-Elisabeth Design Studio willingly and that I am aware that I may contact the following person to obtain access to the information stored by Rae-Elisabeth Design Studio, should I desire to review my personal information.
- I confirm that Rae-Elisabeth Design Studio will inform me in the event of any breach in the secure retention of my personal information.
